At SimplyHair, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused hair products. For hygiene reasons, extensions and hair care items must remain in their original, sealed packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals are intact, and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
